Thankfully not David, I couldn't handle the acreage.

It's actually Poplar Nurseries garden centre at Marks Tey.

The "cottage" is actually about a third scale "garden shed" (the size of the cartwheel is a bit of a giveaway). There is a miniature steam railway in the gardens and of course lots of colour in the "stock". Always lots of subjects for photography.
