Taken this summer whilst anchored in the mouth of Lamouth Creek (upstream of St Harrys Reach) on the Fal estuary. Just after sunset. I was up there hiding from the weather (Gales/Heavy Rain), this was an evening gap as a new frontal system came across.

Taken as shq jpg, some colour manipulation in GIMP, few bits of noise cloned out, compression IRFANVIEW, NO SHARPENING.

I was standing in the Companion way, well braced against the hatch.

A couple of subsequent shots with a more sensible Fnumber of 5.6 brought exposure back to a mere 0.7 sec.

Nick
