Edinburgh Street Photography

I bought my Olympus EM1.2 to try and get better at street photography. The Nikon D850 made it very hard to be discreet and stay unnoticed. It is performing well so far and I'm getting there with a set up that works for me. Let me know what you think.

Really like these, especially the two umbrella shots.

Very pleasing shots. The weatherproofing is proving it's worth too!

It was pouring with rain yesterday so used the 12-100mm F4 instead of my preferred 17mm. I' killed the power switch on the EM5 ii shooting in the rain with a kit zoom. It would be great if they could bring out a 17mm f1.8 that is weatherproofef

Re: Edinburgh Street Photography

The 17mm f/1.2 is weathersealed. And expensive. And, by comparison with the f/1.8, huge

the F1.2 is probably why they don't weatherseal the F1.8. It is bigger to the point I'd be better with a Sony FF and 35 F2.8. the size is at least as important as the extra stops and the Sony would give me at least a better by a stop image quality and likely more
