Tamron Adaptall on Four Thirds

Does anyone have any experience of using Tamrom Adaptall lenses on Four Thirds?

A friend has a Tamron 90mm macro (a superb lens) with a Canon FD adapter and would like to use it on her E-510 (and I would be interested in borrowing it )

The best I have come up with is an intermediate adapter e.g. Tamron > OM > 4/3. No one seems to do a Canon FD to 4/3 adapter, or an Adaptall to 4/3 adapter.

Re: Tamron Adaptall on Four Thirds

They work very well, the primes can give excellent results. Several of us on this forum and on 4/3 have used them, look through the legacy lens board for on 4/3 http://fourthirds-user.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=49 for examples. There is no problem with the adaptall OM - 4/3 combination, I also have to use a 4/3 MFT adaptor which still works well enough.

Maunaul focus, aperture priority, should be no problems.

Found this site: http://www.adaptall-2.com which I'm sure will help me make sure that it is the right one.
