OLY takes on the Canikons.........

Popped into the NEC for a look at Focus yesterday.
My aim was to at least SEE an up market OLY.
As you all know this is an almost impossible thing to do BUT thanks to I think it was Damien McGillicuddy on the Bright Publishing stand and Mo of OLY on one of the other stands who let me handle /mess with THEIR own E5's.
I know now what everyone is going on about when they say they like the smaller Oly's for the lightness because the E5 was SO heavy but at the same time it felt just great. The AF on it was amazing and with the (I think) 12-60 the clarity blinding.
Now how do I manage to get the funds and sneak one into my bag undetected...lol.
Keith
Think this is Damien genning up on the Bright Pub stand.

A nice machine no doubt but somehow I just can't get past a Harley.

Besides, this one needs a seat cover ...

That Damien was a very funny guy - and an Oly pro. Does some nice lighting workshops too.

I think Graydon meant that you must have cloned out the pool of oil that StephenL expected to see underneath the Triumph Motorcycle.

Living in rural Lincolnshire we have enough agricultural vehicles around here without adding a Harley! And seat covers don't allow you to slide to the side for a knee down.
