Second hand cars?

My car's getting very old so we looked at the scrappage scheme, but it'll still cost too much.

While we were looking at prices online we found manufacturer-linked dealer listed as selling cars a few years old with zero miles on the clock, for second hand prices. Some of the cars have had more than one owner.

I'm guessing it's a mistake, but if not, does anybody know how a car can be owned by more than one person and do zero miles?
