Re: First images with my E-20

Are these taken with an E-520?

They're nice, I haven't been to Hilliers for ages.

Those posts look as if they'll have rope through them, for climbers. Did they say what they were planning?

I like the duck too, and am envious of the hamamelis (?) I'd nurtured one in our garden, then it suddenly died.

Re: First images with my E-20

Sorry for the typo Ellie, yes E-520.

Thanks for your complimentary remarks. These were taken the first day I had the camera, I had hoped for a bit of sunshine. I am on a steep learning curve, the camera has so many options/features but first reactions are very favourable. I don't think I will regret taking the plunge.

The posts have been there for a few weeks now, nothing to say what they are for, I am intrigued to find out. Hamamelis is quite correct, commonly known as witch hazel. The arboretum is home to the national collection. There are good photo opportunities there all year round.
