We had a 'bumper year' in 2013 for the cicadas (together with devastating bushfires). They were everywhere, but I didn't get much on them emerging though (least ways, I didn't load them into this gallery) with some here. http://e-group.uk.net/gallery/showga.../5/ppuser/1396 (together with a photo of the smoke rising from burning houses in the bushfire).

That link is not getting to a picture just the gallery post some shots I am OK with that

No emerging photos, just them crawling around. I'll have to go back & upload the emerging photos I took back then, but maybe I did on Four Thirds User gallery.
