They are wind powered water pumps being used as a draw card to an irrigation company at Shepparton, Victoria. I thought they made a great picture.

They are a "musthave" in Oz dry bits, but (alas) I get most of my water from the heavens here in Old South Wales...………….

These pumps are to be seen all over the country although they are now being replaced by solar powered technology.
