Looking for improvement This is the e-group critique board. If you post a picture here it will be assumed that you are looking for comprehensive technical feedback - both good and bad, but always respectful. Only post pictures here if you can deal with potentially negative constructive criticism. Anyone is qualified to comment and post feedback, and everyone is encouraged to do so. NB: "Looking for Improvement" is the place to post any pictures you would like advice on improving, no matter how bad you might think they are.

Well I wonder if this was worth the effort... It was pretty cold up on Watership Down today with a fairly stiff northerly breeze. Checking the sat pics, it was blue sky across most of the country

So.. How did I do? This was the best of a poor set of pictures from up there.



E510. 11-22mm + work in PS removing flare :-)

It is a interesting photo to me, since the main interest is on the sun. I have not tried any shots directly into the sun. Is the flair around the sun what came out of the camera, or did you put it in with PS. The photo's I really like, that do direct sun shots, is when the sun is behind a tree. This looks difficult to do in this landscape.

The multi-pointed flare around the sun is a free gift from the aperture mechanism

No, my PP work was to do with removing the multicoloured UFOs in the sky that you get from most zoom lenses under these conditions..

Rabbits? Never seen rabbits up there. Lots of molehils though...
