VERY RARE 'OM 2 Series' screens

Having first offered these to the purchaser of my OM4Ti I can now offer them here on the forum.

1 x 2-13 screen ...... split image
1 x 2-4 screen ........ all-matte with spot meter area circle

Ultra rare and when available often command very high, arguably 'crazy' prices .... anything from £100 to £200 each

Will fit the OM2sp / OM3 - 3Ti / OM4 - 4Ti cameras

Very bright viewfinder image when using these screens, said to be about 2 stops brighter than the '1 series' screens, does make a BIG difference IMO.

Both are cased and boxed and crucially unmarked, I have not used the 2-4, the 2-13 was fitted to the 4Ti prior to its sale. These two could arguably be the closest to new available anywhere.

If you have one of the above mentioned bodies with the '1 series' fitted either of these '2 series' will make a noticeable difference to your viewing experiance.

This is one occasion when I would likely get considerably more on eBay than I am asking for them here. But with me it's not all about money, I would much prefer someone here gets them at a very good price.

I would be prepared to send these overseas if one or more of our overseas members are interested however any duty/custom charges would be the buyers responsibility as would the postage cost.

£60.00 each or £100.00 for the two

Thank you, Simon

Re: VERY RARE 'OM 2 Series' screens

They can also be modified to fit an OM2 by cutting the tab down. Auto metering will be correct, manual will be out due to the brightness of the screen.

Yes David you're quite correct, a bit of DIY is needed but it is possible and so long as you make an exposure adjustment when using 'manual mode' or use a hand-held meter or even as I do with my Leica's ....use "Sunny 16" exposure should be fine.

Kind regards, Simon

Re: VERY RARE 'OM 2 Series' screens

I can vouch for the brightness of these screens. I have them in my OM's and when installed in a 4Ti and coupled with a 50mm f1.2, the finder image is awesome.

Well worth the money in my opinion
