As it was a very fast turn around maybe they are referring to a change of Courier.

Re: E-5 back ? Transport System ?

Checking my repair receipts, the Transport System is within the lens, not the camera.

Re: E-5 back ? Transport System ?

Hi there Chevvy?

Is the lens an SWD? If it is it could be Olympus way of describing it, as it isn't a focussing motor that is used on those cameras.

Cheers,

Ralph.

Mine was for non SWD 50-200mm, so I'm guessing it's the focussing mechanism

Re: E-5 back ? Transport System ?

Thanks for you valuable input

Would it be the metal ring the lens fits into ?

Because the lens fits tight with no "movement" at all ?
