Statues from Trentham Gardens

At the very end of October it was quite mild and we found ourselves up near Stoke-On-Trent so we poppped into Trentham Gardens. More on the gardens in another thread but here are some of the statues/sculptures. The gardens are being restored and a number of modern statues have been erected. We were lucky enough to meet a member of the team a couple of weeks later when we visited RHS Wisley.

they are superb sculptures aren't they, we used to visit regularly when our youngest son lived locally to Trentham Gardens, nice of them images.

Lovely shots. We were there last year and saw the Fairies, but don't remember the hare. The whole place is some project!

What marvellous sculptures, OM - the first is my favourite but only by a hare's breadth.

Thanks Iso. I believe the sculptures are still a work in progress. You can't miss the hare as its the first one you come to across the bridge.
