Nice shot - funny those two white rails on the edge give the impression the Keeper has his own swimming pool

Lovely (although the weather was never like that when I was on a canal boat). Where is it? I'm guessing the Rochdale Canal close to the centre of Manchester.

I rather like these photos you've been showing of the canal and railway together. Kind of shows the evolution of transport.
