Impulse buy

Whilst waiting for my new OM1 to arrive (thank you Ian) I was browsing in a car boot sale on Saturday and spotted this for a tenner! I changed the batteries and it seems to be in good working order but I have not yet run a film through it. The lens is a Tokina 35mmf2.8 but at that price I am not complaining

Can't go wrong for a tenner!

Re: Impulse buy

Result, that lens like all OM lenses is cheap as chips these days but has to be worth 20-30 alone!

Re: Impulse buy

I recently bought an OM20 body for 9.95 and a 50mm F1.8 for 13 off a well known auction site, both in beautiful condition considering their age....another impulse buy.
A roll of HP5 was a fiver...I don't know how much it will be to process, but I'm sure it will a high percentage of the camera purchase price

Sorry about that but the two sites do generally seem to have very little overlap in membership.
