USB cable

I've just aquired an E1 - the blame is entirely down to Pete (Snarrman) who keeps raving about his

However I've no USB cable
The E520 cable is significantly different.
I've looked on Amazon there are several there, for around a fiver that profess to fit. Can anyone recommend a particular supplier?

Can I assume if one physically fits it will be OK?
E1, E520, ED14-42, ED 40-150, 70-300, Various legacy including 50mm f2 macro.

Re: USB cable

Now take the battery out of the 520 and put the camera in a box on a shelf... it will be nice to know where it is if you need it .... sorry cannot help with the cable but if the camera has s/w version 1.5 it is up to date...genuine cable at SRS...you need a CB-USB4 equivalent

Re: USB cable

Jim, I have a spare one here that I've just tested on my E-1 and it's working fine.

PM your address and it's yours FOC.

By the way, I bought a CF card reader off Ebay for around 3.00 which works well: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/USB-ALL-1-...item4157893030

Re: USB cable

The USB socket on the E-1 is a standard mini USB one. If a plug fits it will be OK.
