Hello from Australia

Hi all,

Just been having fun getting used to my new EM1 mk II the past two weeks. I finally decided to upgrade my EM5. Now I have to decide whether I sell the EM5 or keep it as a backup.

Re: Hello from Australia

G'day Trailfox.
Nice to see you on here.
The E-M5 can be a backup & I wouldn't sell it as you are unlikely to get all that much for it now anyhow.

Re: Hello from Australia

Welcome. Another vote from me to keep the E-M5. It's still capable of taking great photographs and will be useful if you ever need a second body. And of course, it's a backup in case of the worst happening.

Re: Hello from Australia

Welcome, you are in good company with several other Aussie members. Keep the E-M5 as back-up, it's a much better camera than the current value.

Re: Hello from Australia

Thanks all for the welcome and also the suggestions on what to do with my em5.

It is what I want to do deep down if I am really honest. I just need to convince my better half that I need to keep my trusty little em5 as backup. :-)

Welcome to the forum. Do join us at the monthly challenge. They may not be any prizes but it all for fun.

If it's the original mk1, sell it. it does not fetch much but why not line your pocket while blessing someone else with a low cost entry.
