Well, it's not the first bridge I've seen on here, nor the second nor the third come to that .

That'll be the first bridge of three over the Forth to Fife.

Hello,

According to Billy Connolly in his world tour of Scotland a good few years ago.

It is the one and only Forth Bridge.

I'm now confused? How can the forth bridge be a one and only?

Looks like "The Fourth Thirds Bridge" to me.

Apart from that its a very nice shot.

Thanks for sharing.

Re: Can't think of the name of this bridge...

He referred to the the road bridge as just that.

The Forth road bridge.

His words not mine

On the photo I like it and its nice now it's not wrapped in scaffolding and cling film.

In my eyes a very photogenic bridge.

I bet it lasts longer than it's neighbour. A fine construction.

And if the tram's anything to go by that new one will end 2/3 of the way across the firth
