Sorry to hear that John. Your health is the most important thing, so look after yourself and hopefully we will see you back here before too long.

Re: Taking a Break

Best wishes for a speedy return to good health John. I'm sure the threat of your return will be enough to keep everyone in line . I look forward to that trip to Hatfield Forest we discussed when you feel up for it.

Re: Taking a Break

I have been in contact with John to give him as much reassurance as I can that his health is, of course, the only thing that matters. I certainly owe a tremendous amount to his enthusiasm in helping out here and have offered any assistance I might be able to provide in return.

Ian

Re: Taking a Break

John,

Hopefully you'll read this...

As I live only a little way from you. if you are in need of popping out for a cup of tea, or something stronger get in touch (via PM, or as you're an admin you should be able to see my mobile number) would be more than happy to meet up, as we never did a while ago as half planned!

I've had relatives with Parkinsons and am aware of the highs and lows that go with it, so hopefully you'll be out of this low fairly soon, and back to a better state of health, keep taking the pills! Best of luck,

Paul
