You can get it for 49.99 from Amazon.UK, I'm trialing it for 30 days at the moment.

So much for DNG becoming a universal format, I cannot see anyone but Adobe supporting it now and in the future you will have to go on the cloud to open them when your old adobe software no longer works on the latest operating system!

So much for a universal raw format just another way for adobe to tie you into them.

Tom, the clever spotty nerds that see software cracking as their lifes' challenge will simply software engineer a way around the Adobe CC authentication system. Adobe won't have your personal details if you use a hacked copy of Photoshop CC because you won't even need to register it; that's what I'm expecting will happen.

Re: You won't be able to own the next version of Photoshop

Adobe is doing very nicely thank you 'despite' alleged piracy; here are the figures for their 2012 fiscal year:

Annual revenues: $4.4 billion
Operating profit: $1.2 billion

Interestingly, they disclosed about 350,000 CC subscribers but the revenue from them only contributed a small proportion of the overall figure ($153 million).

Maybe you can take bets on how soon the first report of this happening hits the "streets" (aka Internet SuperHighway)
