Re: My film cameras

Very nice Simon. I've recently joined Alf and bought an OM-2N.

And this is from my first roll with it...

Re: My film cameras

You posted the OM4 while I was typing. I had noticed the OMTi on Ffordes at £199 too, but like you dithered and it had gone. Wish I'd noticed that one come up though. Fantastic at that price.

Almost unbelievably good fortune really Roger,

It really is "NEW", there cannot be many left like this one. I was completely lost for words when I unpacked it, how it has spent so many years without being used I do not know, perhaps it was part of a 'collection', it appears to date from about 1991.

As I have said though I do now have a dilemma for it will most likely be wiser to store it, fire the shutter every other month then put it back in the safe because I am sure it will appreciate in value if I keep it in this condition.

That OM2n is nice BTW, perhaps I should get one too for 'actual' use.

Nice image you have captured with it

Regards, Simon

Re: My film cameras

I'd pick a 2n over any version of the 4 every time.
