Not a huge amount in it, both E-M5s are similar and the E-M1 extra bulk comes mainly from the more substantial grip.

There isn't a photo including the HLD-8 grip (on that site page) which appears to bring the total width closer to that of the E-M1 (I think) with it hanging out to the right (from behind) enabling the use of larger lenses more comfortably (than the E-M5 & HLD-6) & allowing better access to the Preview button on the front.
