Scrambled Brain

Had an email yesterday which just scrambled my brain EVEN MORE....
http://www.ephotozine.com/article/ol...-line-up-23914
especially when I found myself thinking I might want to get one.....

The reason my brain was being scrambled was there is now another camera with so many initials, numbers and dashes......as soon as I see ANY of the Oly camera names that are not of the E3 or E 5 (simple) format then a mist descends and the interest is gone.....try as I might I just cannot carry on reading.
A bit like the old Austin models with about 100 of each with slightly different spec.

Re: Scrambled Brain

The lengthy nomenclature is a pain, but I quite fancy the camera. Maybe in a year or so once I've finished playing with what I've got.

Re: Scrambled Brain

I recall a similar confusion in the OM range. 1,2,3,4,4Ti,10,20,30,40.

Re: Scrambled Brain

You forgot a few OM models Duncan.

I used a pink Nikon dSLR at a wedding last autumn but I've no idea what model it was. When I shot Canon for 5 weeks I used a 5D but don't remember which crop sensor model I used alongside it.

Showing my age, OMD to me stands for Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark.
