Re: Our Growing family

A huge congratulations.......................

Ha ha.... I got a pair of cowboy boots for the dance at school in Hamilton circa 1980, there was a big guy in my class nicknamed "cowboy"... he kicked my head in, took my boots and threw them over the railway bridge, and then dangled me over the same bridge..

I'm sure he is full of remorse now.

Again.... kids are almost as much fun, and you will get your figure back in no time.

Best wishes..............Alan

Thumbs up Re: Our Growing family

Heartiest congratulations

Do hope all goes well, though you will have to perfect a whole new style of photography, which will be fascinating to see how you combine tone mapping into it

Garrie,
Congratulations to you and Susan. It certainly is a life changing event. Get as many images as you can before he/she becomes camera shy.

Re: Our Growing family

Thanks everyone we're over the moon. Looking forward to the next stage in our lives and the photo opportunities that it'll bring lol
It seems that Baby Day is already preparing for the camera, as the scan picture isn't the usual profile image - no, our nosy little sausage was looking straight at us - getting his/her pose face on!

Re: Our Growing family

What fabulous news...I've recently acquired a new grandson and I can't begin to tell you what a change it's made both to me and the father...my son!

The scans are scary...my little boy looked like an extra from a horror film...thankfully when he arrived, he was a tad less frightening!

When's the little one expected then?

Janet

Re: Our Growing family

Hi,

Thanks for the replies :-) Don't tell Susan but I am a little excited (but trying to play it cool lol)

Due date is 22nd April, we thought on Friday she was only 12weeks, but it turns out she is 13.4weeks (I must have been on holiday or sommat back then hehe)

I would have liked a Star Wars baby, 4th May, May the Forth be with you

Thanks again guys, like I said its helped us after the loss of one of my best friends/companions ever, We'll never Forget Willow, We felt he knew Susan was pregnant, unless you've had cats or any other animal you kinda get to know them and certainly Willow knew by the way he would protect Susan, listen to her belly that she was expecting. Willow did the same thing for me after my Gallbladder operation last year. Sorry to ramble on lol...

Thanks
Garrie
