Same here... kudos again to Andre - the only person from the Oly shop who knows how to treat customers.

No - I had continuous updates from André Kellerberg of Olympus to let me know where my order was in the cycle.

I think that the email form on the Olympus Shop website is a waste of time because the Olympus systems aren't up to it - they have always been indifferent in my experience and need to be improved. But the Olympus people like André are pure Gold. He has delivered hundreds of E-M1s, but the last time I spoke with André he was still awaiting his E-M1...

I have nothing but praise for André and his team.

Re: It's on its way!

Managed to get the battery charged last night and run a couple of shots off straight away indoors. My first impression: super fast focusing, followed by mild dismay at what appeared to be a warm cast to the pictures taken indoors around midnight. Today I discovered this is intentional - haven't seen this mentioned before. I stumbled on the answer here: http://photolisticlife.com/2013/10/1...m1-user-guide/ (for those who can't wait Menu – Custom Menu – G – Scroll Down To Keep Warm Color – Select Off – Press OK)

Yep... tried it now I'm back at home and that gets rid of a really strong orange cast...
