Do you think he [Ollie] has settled in...?

Hi All

Not many photos of late sorry, I need to address that one Looking for the gorgeous 'Solitary tree' autumnal shot, but then... aren't we all?

Anyway - Jen is out on some training fandangle for a few hours, Heather is at Drama club, Lloyd and his gf (though he is living away in Uni digs, he's home this evening) have gone to Tescos - so I am home alone for a few hours... wohoooo. I went to go to my conservatory to have a play on my synths, and spotted the four dogs asleep on Jens chair and thought I must capture that for Jen as I know she will love that image (and you lot of dog lovers on here too )

So... given it's a few months now since we got him, do you think Ollie has been accepted by the terrible trio then...?

Jim | Ollie | Rosie | Poppy - E3, 7-14mm

Lovely shots John.

Must chat about synths sometime ... I used to have a small studio.

In the meantime .... I have a solitary tree in mind. Everytime we go past it I tell my wife how I plan to take a photo of it .... yet in two years I have never stopped the car and jumped over the fence into the field to carry out the deed. May be this weekend?

Regards

Graydon

Thanks Graydon.

Synths - indeed we must. I am not an accomplished keys player, rather I am totally self taught and gratefully blessed with perfect pitch. I can play brass to a decent standard, which means as long as I know the piece, I can usually play it from ear. On the keys however, I get the synths to do the work - well... that's what they are there for eh!

I have three at the moment; my burgundy baby - a KORG Karma - a wonderful performance synth, a KORG Radias - fab full featured synth, and my star and pride of joy - the Access Virus TI - cor blimey gov'nor, what a synth this beast is.

Here's a piece of mine I put together a few years back...

This one is all done on the KARMA; backing, percussion, arps, AND the guitar!
