How many photos have you got left...........

Still living in a little confused life.....

The remaining photos are displayed on the bottom RH corner. From what I understand, this figure is the space on both cards.....

The very bottom number is prefixed by 1, until the card slot 1 fills up. You know when the Card 1 is full, only by the prefix changing to 2.

I guess there is a degree of logic there, but it does not help you to know when card 1 is full up.....

Is there another setting.....????

And I still think its a bit unkind to reset the settings from Card 1 to Card 2 when the Card 1 is full up. A warning would be in order, for me anyway......

It’s not the best way of checking but I pop card 2 out if I’m worried so I can copy all the card 1 photos to card 2 IF i’m doing something that needs the fast card ... if I’m just taking lots of photos I let it do it’s own thing!

It is something that could be improved on, such as adding something into the Info function or something like that.

It's likely you would have to reconfigure the Card Slot options again though. E.g., I have slot 2 as video & stills in slot 1 & that will possibly change after switching the camera on without card 2 in.
