A new format?

I was window shopping in the camera stores in Cardiff today and spotted the Sigma 10-20mm wide angle in 2/3rds fit - that is exactly what the ticket said. This was in Cameraland in one of the arcades.
Is this the half frame version of 4/3rds then?
