EPL1 - Very Stiff Lens Change

Hi All. Very recently picked up an as new EPL1 and a Panasonic 20mm Lens. I can't remember if it was this stiff the first time I fitted, but it takes quite a bit of pressure to lock the lens into place?

I haven't got another lens to try it with, but I'm pretty sure its alot harder than it should be and looks like its marking the lens attatchement ring.

Anyone else found this, can't see anything to loosen - any ideas?

Re: EPL1 - Very Stiff Lens Change

My 20mm is also quite a tight fit on my E-PL2 compared to the kit lenses.
Actually thinking about it all my other metal bayonet mount lenses are also tighter than the kits but then that may be down to material / tolerances.

Re: EPL1 - Very Stiff Lens Change

I had this problem when I had the 35mm macro lens...I was told that it was because it was a metal mount and expanded/contracted slightly depending on the temperature.

Don't know if that's right or not, but it made sense at the time!
