Couldn't correct the angles on these buildings!

Here's a couple of buildings that even with photoshop corrections would be difficult

We had a lovely afternoon tea in the second one.

The builders should have gone to Specsavers. It looks like you have been to Lavenham, Phill. They don't build them like that anymore.

Ah Lavenham, you've been "doing" Suffolk.

There's a lot of beautiful buildings there but not many of them are "square".

Great shots, thanks for sharing.

Regards.

Yep we did have a few days in Suffolk and stop at Lavenham. Unfortunately it was a pretty wet and grey day hence the sky. Great tea room though with excellent sandwiches if a bit pricey. Got to pay for that character I guess. No complaints really we had a lovely afternoon. May post a few more as I get round to looking through my shots. I must say its not a county I'm familiar with at all and I was very pleasantly surprised. Will definitely return for a longer look.

Car parking outside photogenic buildings should banned (unless the car is 50+ years old, and even then only one at a time should be permitted)!

I thought that was why they made fish eye lenses

With Lavenham it would pretty much pedestrianize the town, though perhaps that wouldn't be a bad thing! I've been advised by a local to visit in the winter

Re: Couldn't correct the angles on these buildings!

You can be lucky with a Big Stopper and a sturdy tripod with moving traffic, but parked cars are going to be a problem until Adobe release some "vehicle remover" filters.

I'm told they will be along soon, but they're currently busy working on the "Texting teenager removal" filter for street photography.

Paul I couldn't agree more. It was really difficult to get any shots without cars. They ought to have photo days like they do market days where photographers could go and shoot clutter free images.
