E510 - Distant Glow

Took this on Sunday night near Gretna. The tide was in on the Solway Firth on a beautiful still evening and it was magic

Re: E510 - Distant Glow

Meant to say that I am loving the E510 even when me and the tripod are slowly sinking in mud

Nice. Tranquil, timeless and beautiful colours.

Oooh yes, I like that. Very aesthetic indeed, and as John says it has some gorgeous colours. Nice to see portrait orientation for a land/seascape too.

That is one cracking shot. It just makes you want to sit and look at it and relax.

Now I have high hopes for my 510 in the future.

Re: E510 - Distant Glow

I can feel the peacefulness as I sit here. A great shot. The mud was worth it to get that foreground and the colours are wonderful.

Re: E510 - Distant Glow

Hi,
Having a 510 I was wondering what lens and settings were used to capture the great colours.
