Jpeg/Raw

Could someone please assist me with the follow query:

I want to be able to change the settings from raw to jpeg and when I go into the 'Shooting Menu 1 where it states Raw then LF; LN; etc. It doesn't give a jpeg setting and apparently there should be a setting which states ''Jpeg superfine''?

Can anyone give me any directions/instructions as to where this setting is within the menu system - please keep it simple as I'm only a beginner (lol)

Many thanks,

Wayne.

Re: Jpeg/Raw

In the menu system, go to "Cog/G". Right-click on "set". Under the first option, select the "F" box and arrow-down till you see SF. Press OK.

Its in the main menu, the fourth item down with the picture of the cogs (gears), which is the Custom Menu area. Right-click on that and you get a list A, B, C, etc. Go down to G. It's explained in the full manual, page 95.

The full manual can be downloaded from here or comes on the CD that comes with the camera.
