Orientation Confusion

I have shot several hundred images on my E-M5 which I need to sort through for a report.

I shot in raw and Jpeg, and was hoping to save some time by using the Jpeg files for most of my images.

However, I have a problem as most of the images were shot in portrait mode.

If I open the files in Photoshop or Olympus Viewer they are correctly orientated, but if I view them in Windows preview they are not; so if I paste them in to Word they will still be in the wrong orientation.

Oddly enough, if I open the file in Photoshop and save it the orientation is correct.

Is there an easy way of correcting orientation from the camera rather than having to open and close hundreds of files?

I guess I could set up a PS action, but I would rather avoid the hassle if I can.
