Wow, that is some cliff covered in gannets. What are those pipes/steps coming down the cliff? Hope you did not have to climb them....

I't Bass rock just off the coast of North Berwick. I guess that these are the ladders that the naturists use to count the birds, no access is allowed so no I didn't climb them!

Tringa flavipes - Lesser Yellowlegs - was seen at a small wildlife area between the 'Playa Costa Verde' hotel and the beach, which is in Guardlavaca, Cuba. It's only a small area but has a lot of water and is amazing at dawn and late evening. Unfortunately, we were stuck to bus timetables (as inaccurate as they were) when we went there from our hotel further along the coast.
