....of a very old motorcycle.

Picked up a few days ago, a genuine racing motorcycle... it's a bit minimalist!

I like the way you can see how it's made and how it works. Much more interesting than a rectangular grey box that has to be re-programmed if it goes wrong!

It’s great, it’s a boxer twin - mounted the other way around to BMWs, with open push rods and valves, so you really can see it working!

This has a Norton gearbox currently fitted as spares are available for it, the Douglas gearbox has the drive to the rear wheel the other side so it has to be turned around for use!
