Top tips around Glasgow

I'm in Glasgow for 48 hours and will be staying around the Botanical Gardens. When I'm free from babysitting duties, any top tips where to visit for some shutter therapy and for general interest on foot?

Re: Top tips around Glasgow

Kelvingrove Museum = excellent & broad-ranging, especially the Dali St John Vision.
Street photography on Buchanan Street & the streets around, including George Square, Sauchiehall St etc. Often good light in the late afternoon. Nice Georgian buildings, too. The modern art museumís there, too, if you like that sort of thing, and they often have photography exhibitions there.
The Necropolis and Glasgow Cathedral.
Lunch or supper at Stravaigin, not far from Kelvingrove.

Love the place.

Re: Top tips around Glasgow

Many thanks for the tips. We have just come back from the Kelvingrove museum and I was impressed. Sadly the Dali is on loan. Hopefully there maybe time for some street photography tomorrow.
