Re: Tempted by the Olympus 12-100mm

I'm slightly embarrassed to say I have both! The 300/4+mc14 is used mainly for the smaller birds and the 100-400 for everything else.

For those who like wide angle shots I'm sure the 12-100 is very good. My preference is for longer focal lengths and I use the 35-100/2.8 most of the time for a walkabout lens. The EM5 II with the 14-42 EZ fits in a cargo pocket if I think I'll need anything wider.
