Hi Everyone

Just thought i would say hello to everyone here.
I've had a life long passion for photography.
Used most formats of camera from Disc up to plate cameras.
Still own a number of film cameras.
And a lot of digital cameras.
Never looked at 4/3 system TBH in fact it was at focus that i first handled one.
It was then fairly new release of the OMD-E5.
And I have say I was extremely impressed
Any how due to a couple of accidents and old age I now for the first time in my life find myself leaving the house without a camera unless you count my mobile.

The reason for me joining here is to hopefully find out a bit more about this impressive system before making a switch from full frame systems.

Hi Phiggy,

you will not regret moving to Olympus,

to answer your question if you click on forum index (which is just underneath the top banner ) that brings up different areas. There are specific areas for cameras, lenses, software, processing.

I have found the users of this forum to be very friendly and helpful.

Re: Hi Everyone

Hi and welcome. There are quite a few of us who moved from full 35mm format (I hate calling it full-frame!) to Olympus, initially for weight reasons. Myself included. And I won't go back!
