ID is a bit tricky on this one. Possibilities include a Ferrunginous Duck, unlikely as they live in the Turkey/Russia way, but you never know, Tufted Duck or a Hybrid of some sort. I will ask at WWT tomorrow for ideas......

It's a female Tufted Duck. The tuft on the female is much smaller than on the male and isn't always obvious.
