EM1 focal length IBIS

Hi all. When setting the the SIS panel on the SCP for focal length with a legacy lens IE sigma (500mm lens) Should this be set at 500mm or at 1000mm allowing for FF equivalent

The actual focal length of the lens as printed on the barrel This never changes no matter what camera you fit it to.

That's correct.

Focal length never changes unless you use a conversion lens (e.g. teleconverter, etc.) assuming the lens focuses to infinity.

With Four Thirds the frame crop is tighter and this alters the field of view.
