EM1 landscapes

I wanted to try the new 12mm (had to replace previous version as it was soft) and it is spot on!

Converted to B&W using Silver Efex Pro2 - great software!

Here are 3 images from the day - overcast.

Re: EM1 landscapes

Thanks Brian,

The 12 certainly renders the scenes well and delivers nice sharp results.

Like you I also have a thing about "Large & lively skies".

All nice, my choice being the last one, unusual and interesting composition.

Re: EM1 landscapes

Thanks Chevvy,

I am really drawn to the days of low cloud that has shape and movement and signifies the power of nature as well as offering nice images to those who venture out with cameras.

I was not interested in photographing Landscapes ... until I viewed online & bought John aka Zuiko book "The Light Fantastic" ... I had always loved a stormy sky with shafts of bright sunlight ... and sunsets ... often stopped the Ducati or Car to view and admire ...

Then I got into taking my camera out on these forboding days ... the Landscape came to light ! I even bought the 11-22 and Fisheye lenses
