A well battered fish there! The last one looks like the fish is struggling to say, "Arrgh, I've been totally battered."

The bird looks good though.

Very nice.

I spent a couple of hours watching a pair fly up and down the river at the weekend. I was positioned near to the most obvious perch with 300mm in hand.... Obviously they never landed where I was hoping them to! I will be back though.

I've done the same, watched a perch they usually land on only to find them landing some distance away, keep trying.
