Just needed a Whiskey to 100% complete..

Hi all,

After a pants week of tooth ache I managed to get out with my partner and do some shooting.

Found an unused pier on Lake Menteith, so setup waiting for the sun to set, like the title all I needed was a whiskey and I would have been in heaven (perhaps I warm fire too)

Cheers
Garrie

An observation

Scotch whisky unlike American and Irish whiskey is spelt without an 'e'

Re: Just needed a Whiskey to 100% complete..

Garrie,

Nice shots which bring back memories. Inchmahome was one of my parents' favourite picnic sites, and Port of Menteith was where an uncle gave me my first camera - a Kodak Folding Autographic Brownie! It wasn't cutting edge even then, so I'm not as old as all that!

Merry Christmas!

Andrew

Wow Garrie, lovely location and lovely shot... as looking for the EXIF and couldn't see it though - I'd love to try some images like this myself.

Tripod I guess yeah?

Re: Just needed a Whiskey to 100% complete..

Hi John,

Just replied to one of your posts

Thanks for the comments. Yeah I was using my Modo (easy to carry around) Just looked at the orginal raw, ISO100 EXIf is Focal length 17mm, F16, 2seconds shutter speed, I was using a ND8 (cheap from USA) Sorry didn't mean to lose the EXIF info in post processing.

Cheers
Gar
