Brave or foolhardy pigeon?

Just caught this from our back door. Pigeon decided not to land on the chimney and got away. I think this is a sparrowhawk can anyone confirm?

Re: Brave or foolhardy pigeon?

Thanks for the complements and the ID guys. I was shooting the sparrow hawk and the pidgeon just got in on the act.
