Farne islands attack and more puffins

Another puffin trip, this time to Northumberland. Got very close to puffins but had to get through the terns first. I was looking after the children so only took the 40-150 f4-5.6. Quite pleased with what this little lens can do

Thanks for looking

Lovely crisp shots. I hope you had your hat on. Those terns have very sharp bills.

Have you tried putting an extension ring or two behind it ?

Close up/macro from a distance.
