Arches National Park

As promised (or was it threatened) yesterday, some images from the Arches National Park near Moab Utah.

As a scene setter a simple snapshot of Delicate Arch:

now for three panoramas just select the URLs after the overview image

As usual, use the icons to maximise the image and use the mouse to navigate and zoom the image.

The first one gives your eyes all the wrong messages, first thought is it needs straightening, then you look at the people and realize it is correct.

Al wonderfully detailedimages, just love them all.

Re: Arches National Park

Glad you liked the pictures

It is worthwhile reading the Wikipedia entry on Delicate Arch. My picture was taken with the lens set at 200mm so I was quite a way from the arch, unfortunately I cannot walk very far so I could not mingle with the people at the arch. I belive that wedding ceremonies have taken place at the arch.

I have quite a few more panoramas to put up - but I will save them for another day.

Well I look forward to seeing them soon ... as we have rather a lot of rainy days for Panorama processing now Derek
