E-P1 and wildlife (5 photos)

I have just spent a few days in Grand Cayman which appears to be home of the iguana and malachite butterfly. I am not sure what these iguanas are species-wise but they posed very well and have lots of interesting features that I wanted to capture.

All are full frame and taken with the E-P1 and 40-150mm mkII 4/3 + Panasonic 4/3-to-m4/3 adaptor. Quite a challenge: Focus, manual focus and heavy use of AEL/off target focus when the CD-AF couldn't lock properly and I had to focus on a nearby contrasty spot. I learnt a great deal about the E-P1 and it really did rather well, especially on the malachite butterfly which was warm and skittish.

Enjoy.

Nick

I second that, shows what the E-P1 can do when handled well.
