Deluge

Our prayers must have been answered for down it came!
For two days now it hasn't stopped raining and no one's complaining.

Re: Deluge

I AM! We only got 3.4mm yesterday & hardly anything since.

Our sprinkler system had been programmed to come on for two hours (covering two areas) starting at 8pm & that was basically when the rain was the heaviest, which wasn't heavy at all.

Re: Deluge

We have had 39 mms since Friday. Great for the farmers and my garden.

Re: Deluge

Turned in the UK today too Mark, we've had a fair bit later this afternoon.
Looks a pretty heavy downpour through your windscreen, btw I like the choice of shutter speed

Re: Deluge

We have had a strange bright object in the sky over the last few days, it gives off heat and light. Rumours say it is the Sun!

Are you sure it isn't the transit of Mercury?

We've had 3 days of it with more to come; for this thirsty land it's great, amanda.
