before and after

More of the 'after a hot day' . 60 sec exposure. I stuffed up with F16; should have been F13-11. Mostly done in LR, some minor work/resizing/remove that damn white line we often get in PS. As usual there was a lot of dodge and burn done. I have over 10 copies of this file + a similar file. There would be 20 ways to finish it imo. The clouds were not moving enough to show much movement . Just something to do really

happy to answer any questions; simple ones please.

Re: before and after

Like the monochrome, but feel a much more contrasty version would work, with a little black, black shadow added to the right hand edge of the tree?

B/W brings the tree forward.

Re: before and after

thank you for your thoughts. I was looking for a 'different' look with the file.

I do have several contrasty copies however the tree sort of gets lost in the darker look. May post a couple later.
Thanks for your thoughts; always appreciated

It's amazing how little a photo can be made from. Maybe a set of photos could be taken using different skies and different time of day lighting .......... thinking / dreaming out loud lol
