Question Button Lock

Why can't there be an option to lock the control buttons on cameras

I keep catching the flash button with the inside ball of my thumb. It has become quite annoying

If there was an option to have the power button turn the control buttons on and off, with Power OFF being a press & hold, this would solve the problem.

Re: Button Lock

That must be really annoying, Graham. Which camera is that with?

Re: Button Lock

I would guess this is the E-PL1 - its buttons are very easy to accidentally press, and this has been addressed in the E-PL2.
